1. Information gathered from users
Driverjob gathers information about all of our users collectively. Driverjob only uses such data anonymously and in the aggregate to help to administer the site, diagnoses problems with the service and for other statistic purposes.
2. Registration
Registration on Driverjob is completely free and optional. Registering with Driverjob requires users to provide a valid email address as a username. This information must be provided in order to register with Driverjob and for us to provide additional free services to you. To complete the registration form, you must then enter your first and last name, and choose a minimum of 6 characters password. This information will then automatically be inputted to the relevant fields when you use Driverjob ‘s online application facility.
3. Resume
Creating and storing resumes is completely free and optional.
Registered Jobseekers will be able to store and maintain up to 3 resumes for ease of processing job applications.
For each stored resume, Driverjob provides the following privacy options:
Private Resumes
Driverjob provides the option of creating a resume and making it ‘Private’. This means that your resume and the contact details in the resume will not be available for searching and viewing by employers and recruiters and will be used for making job applications on Driverjob.
Public Resumes
Driverjob provides the option of creating a resume and making it ‘Public’. This means that your resume and the contact details in the resume will be available for searching and viewing by employers and recruiters and will be used for making job applications on Driverjob.
Anonymous Resumes
Driverjob provides the option of creating a resume and making it ‘Anonymous’. This means that your resume, but not the contact details in the resume will be available for searching and viewing by employers and recruiters and will be used for making job applications on Driverjob.
Jobseekers will be able to modify or change the privacy settings of their resume at any time, as well as being able to delete their resume completely from our database. This is done by going to their ‘Resume Manager’ area of the site.
4. Online Application
Making an online application to a job advertisement on Driverjob is a free and optional service that does not require registration. Job applications require you to complete mandatory fields (name, email and phone) so that the advertiser can identify and contact you. Your application, including attachments and cover letters, are forwarded directly on to the third party advertiser.
By applying to a position advertised on Driverjob you are requesting that Driverjob pass the information to the Advertiser as a part of your application.
5. General Information Disclosure
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
6. Maintaining Account Profile
Driverjob allows all users to maintain their account profile at any time. To do so, simply log into your Driverjob account and click into ‘My JobSearch’ then ‘My Account Details’.
7. Use of Cookies
Cookie is a small line of data that your Web browser places on your computer’s hard drive. We use cookies for remembering username and passwords and preferences.
Users who do not want to receive cookies can instruct their browser to reject cookies. However, doing this will impact your performance and your experience on our site.
8. Links to other site
Driverjob provides links to other websites. But Driverjob is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of linking websites. Your activity on those websites is covered by the privacy policies on those websites.
