interesting coin ... the reverse appears to have a hard strike that has left a very significant lip, which does not show in the pictures obviously but when you rub your finger over the rim its very distinct ... not sure if that is normal, but it does not feel normal ... has some toning, may be difficult to see in the pictures, but its visible in person, some toning, not like a rainbow, more like slight golden hue ...
IN ADDITION: the date "4" has an extra line on the east and the "0" appears to have extra thickness ... there are many anomalies or unidentified errors on this one
